Wk2 Aperture exercise

This is a close up portrait with a narrow depth of field using my lowest F stop which was f/1.8.
shutter speed: 1/1250
ISO: 100

This is the same portrait taken using a wide depth of field (highest F stop)
f/22.0
shutter speed: 1/8
ISO: 100

This landscape photo was captured with a wide depth of field (using my highest F stop)
f/36.0
shutter speed: 1/20
ISO: 100

In this task I had to use my lowest F stop which was f/1.8 and photograph 3 elements one in the foreground close to the camera, one in the mid ground and one in the background focusing on the element in the foreground.
f/1.8
shutter speed: 1/1600
ISO: 100

f/22.0
shutter speed: 1/10
ISO: 100

In this task I had to take an image of an object using a narrow depth of field
f/4.5
shutter speed: 1/8
ISO: 100

f/29.0
shutter speed: 5.0
ISO: 100

Capturing this image I had to take an environmental portrait with everything in the frame in focus.

  1. Good work Huia! Do you have the photos for the image of three elements shot at a medium and wide depth of field? Also don't forget to add some of your self directed work to each post
