Wk2 Shutter exercise

f/7.1
Shutter speed: 1/60
ISO: 200
This was taken using a medium shutter speed the subject was standing still to emulate Richard Avedon's diptych of Francis Bacon

f/9.0
shutter speed: 1/80
ISO: 200
This was also taken using a medium shutter speed with the subject standing still slighty moved to the right of the frame to emulate Richard Avedon image (below)

Richard Avedon- Francis Bacon

f/10.0
shutter speed:1/250
ISO: 200
This photograph was taken using a fast shutter speed the subject was moving and I was able to freeze the movement.

f/18.0
shutter speed: 1/100
ISO: 200
Another example of freezing movement he wasn't moving fast so a medium shutter speed worked to freeze the movement.

f/20.0
shutter speed:1/60
ISO: 200
Another example of freezing movement subject wasn't moving fast so a medium shutter speed was used to freeze the movement.

f/25.0
shutter speed: 1/10
ISO: 200
Slow shutter speed was used and captured motion blur as the subject was moving a lot of light exposure is shown as we were outside and exposed to a lot of light.

Francesa Woodman- slow shutter speed

Panning: In this exercise we had to take panning photos with different shutter speeds this image was captured at a shutter speed of 1/40 of a sec. The background is slightly blurred making the subject look sharper.

Panning
f/20.0
shutter speed: 1/30
ISO: 100

Panning shot:
f/29.0
shutter speed: 1/10
ISO: 100

If Time: In this task we had to photograph a fast moving object using different shutter speeds this was captured using a fast shutter speed where movement was able to be freezed using a fast shutter speed.
f/5.6
shutter speed: 1/1000
ISO: 200

f/7.1
shutter speed: 1/500
ISO: 200

f/14.0
shutter speed: 1/200
ISO: 200

f/22.0
shutter speed: 1/60
ISO: 200
In this photograph you can now see the motion blur as a slow shutter speed was used so moving objects appear blurry.

f/36.0
shutter speed: 1/30
ISO: 200
In this image I used a shutter speed of 1/30th of a sec which shows motion blur as the subject is moving fast.

f/36.0
shutter speed: 1/10
ISO: 200
In this picture you can see a lot of motion blur as I've used a shutter speed of 1/10th of a sec making the moving subject appear a lot more blurry.

f/36.0
shutter speed: 2.0
ISO: 200
In this picture the shutter speed was soo slow it wasn't able to capture anything.
